Ep. 22 Lenora Bell: What a Difference a Duke Makes

This week we’re joined by Lenora Bell. She is a USA Today bestselling, award-winning author of historical romances. In 2014 she won the Romance Writers of America’s Golden Heart Award for Best Historical.

In this episode we discuss her Mary Poppins-inspired historical romance What a Difference a Duke Makes and some of her other works. We also learn about her writing process, including the pop culture references she always includes and the rituals that help her stay focused and creative. She gets candid with us about some of the struggles of being a writer, including imposter syndrome and the difficulty of getting that second book out.
